Teardrop Butterfly Brooches for my Daughter's Wedding . Credit Card Charged 9/13/2020 $89.95 they went thru PayPal - Merchandise Received Destroyed.
Have tried since 10/01/2020 to reach them e-mailed no response. Tried searching for a customer service person and i found this help which is ......i called them out and finally after 7-8 months i got my order amount back from them
Now I buy a LOT of things on line, I have NEVER had an experience like this!!!! SERIOUSLY?!?!? This is a company you want to do business with. I urge you not to support them!!!

Storenvy or Kitchen market are operating with deceitful vendors. If not knowingly, they need to police the seller's on their site. Stay away from this site!!

Do not order from here

I ordered a shirt to give to my mother for mother's day.

When it arrived, not only was it over a week after, but it was also the incorrect size. (Seller would not answer my email requesting a size change).

Storenvy refuses to take responsibility for the sellers on their site. I am never ordering from there again.

Sticking with Teepublic and Redbubble.

Moooh Scam; But almost impossible to refund from such companies.

I know some reputable sellers that advertised as vendors on this site. However, unless you know exactly who you are purchasing from, it's best to avoid this site. I am one of the many customers scammed by Moooh. In an effort to be understanding I usually give vendors SEVERAL months to send me my items especially because of possible pandemic-related delay. Note that you CANNOT contest payments/request refunds past 5 months. I'm not sure how the Paypal request works since I never got a chance to try it. Still, best to avoid.

Purchased from Kitchen Market on Store…

Purchased from Kitchen Market on Store Envy. Never received the item, emailed them after two weeks and they claimed CA restrictions and not enough workers to ship items. They said it would be shipping in the next week. Well it has been months later and I never received anything, and they've stopped replying to emails. On the phone filing a dispute for the charge as I type this.

BUYER BEWARE! STOLE MY MONEY TWICE

This is my second purchase ever through them. Both times my money was outright stolen! Items never shipped, sellers never would reply to emails, good luck getting help from Storenvy themselves.... was SOL both times, never got any form of help what so ever, much less a refund. Outright scam. Period!

NEVER ORDER IN THIS WEBSITE!

I ordered a pair of shoes here and it's been 20 days and still haven't get the item I ordered or any response of the person I bought from or Storenvy to solve or return my money! NEVER ORDER HERE! They just want to steal money! Worst place to order!

No merchandise, no response

Purchased a pair of earrings on 2/9/21. Money was taken from my account as expected. I still have not received the earrings on 3/18/21. I’ve contacted the seller 3 times with no response. I’ve also contacted Storenvy by email, the only option that I can see. No response!

Potential Security Risk

Buyer Beware! I received my item, late. Quality was good. But, coincidently, my email used for this site was immediately compromised and another person hacked my email. Luckily, I checked my recent account activity, and blocked the user.

I ordered a kigurumi from this store two weeks before xmas. Got a shipping notification two weeks ago, still says "label created, not in system" store owner does not answer any emails. Will be contacting paypal to reverse charges tomorrow.
